Erica Chapman – Founder
Originally a native of Arizona, Erica grew up in an entrepreneurial family and experienced firsthand the dedication and commitment of business owners to make dreams succeed. Inspired by this spirit she dedicated her career to supporting small businesses and all they bring to the community.
Erica has 20 years of experience in bookkeeping and business operations management and utilizes every angle of her experiences in analyzing client needs. Prior to starting her own firm, Erica worked in multiple venture startups to establish the foundations needed for growth that these companies still use today. Before moving to Florida she served as a senior-level executive overseeing business and financial operations for an educational management company. These roles helped hone the tools necessary to develop successful internal controls and processes that not only assist management in decision making but also ensure clean year-end audits and financials.
